- To facilitate holistic and integrated personality development among students.
- To enable students to be responsible, responsive and productive by providing them effective counseling in academic, career and personal areas.
- To sponsor program aiming at the enhancement of cognitive and learning skills among teachers and students, through faculty development programs and continuing education programmes.
- To continually improve the quality of the evaluation of student performance.
- To conduct and review periodically the performance evaluation of faculty.
- To create the spirit of enquiry and strengthen scientific temperament among the staff and students through research activity.
- To promote welfare activities for staff and students.

- Institution has undertaken a policy that every staff shall publish one paper in National Journal once in 3 years.
- Through alumni we are in the process of tracking down students passed in NET/SLET, employed in different sectors and in different countries.
- As the present context demands job orientation courses, our College is planning to enhance many certificate courses and add-on courses.
